Explanation

In Hebrew, this is a feminine singular verb.
I indented 15d because it is included as with the item "to her people." I did not indent 16d because it is another item in a list of direct objects of the verb "urge." I didn't indent 16h either, because it is a restatement of 16f. But I did indent 16k, because it is included in addition to 16j.
