This text is properly speaking two sections: final greetings (vv. 21-23) and a closing prayer (vv. 25-27). The main phrase in the prayer is "to him who is able to strengthen you" in v. 25a. Vv. 25b-26 inform us how God strengthens the church (Ac-Mn), and Paul's response (and hopefully ours as well) in v. 27 is to ascribe glory to God through Jesus unto the ages.
