Questions: Can a believer live a life unworthy of the gospel? What does a life worthy of the gospel look like? How important is unity among believers? Does anyone notice my life? Do I compromise my life and message out of fear of opposition? Am I fully ready to suffer, however that presents itself, for the gospel? What am I doing to encourage other believers just like Paul did? Take-aways: As a believer I exist to announce the gospel message of hope. Unity among believers was worth dying for. Because of Christ a believer can fearlessly face suffering now in the confidence of future reward. Believing in Christ is the trail head to an adventurous life of sufferings and triumphs. Christ blazed a trail for us to follow. We know it leads to life. We can proceed in confidence knowing that He has already defeated every enemy.
