So, I say this and bear witness in the Lord,
that you must no longer walk
as the Gentiles walk in the emptiness of their mind
They are being darkened in their understanding,
estranged from the life of God
because of their ignorance in them
ground
because of the hardness of their hearts.
progression
they have become callous
and giving themselves over to sensuality
to practice impurity in greediness

But that is not the way you learned Christ,
if indeed you heard him and in him were taught,
even as truth is in Jesus.
to put off your old self which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires.
but being renewed in the spirit of your minds
and to put on the new man created according to God in true righteousness and holiness.
