And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying,
Giving explanation to what I saw , I heard a loud voice from the throne of God saying,
“Behold, f the dwelling place 1 of God is with man.
“Look! God’s home is now with redeemed mankind.
He will g dwell with them,
Specifically, this is what will happen : he will live with them,
and they will be his people, 2
and furthermore they will belong to him;
and God himself will be with them as their God. 3
in other words , God will live with his people as their God.
h He will wipe away every tear from their eyes,
Moreover , God will take away everything sad,
and i death shall be no more,
and even take away death!
j neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore,
In fact , there will no longer be any sadness or pain whatsoever,
for the former things have passed away.”
because all sad things are now gone.”

p To the thirsty I will give from the spring of the water of life without payment.
By my authority , to those who are thirsty for eternal life with God I will let them drink from the spring of the water of eternal life without having to pay.
q The one who conquers will have this heritage,
In particular , those who endure to the end, gaining victory over this sinful world that is against Christ, will receive this reward,
and r I will be his God and s he will be my son.
and I will be loyal to him as his God and I will relate to him as a son.
t But as for the cowardly, the faithless, the detestable, as for murderers, the sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, u their portion will be in v the lake that burns with fire and sulfur,
On the other hand , those whose lifestyle show that they are not thirsty for eternal life with me will be punished. This includes those who shrink back from opposition, those who don’t trust me, those who are vile, those who kill the saints, those who practice sexual immorality, those who practice the dark arts, those who worship and devoted to other things instead of God, and those who speak falsely. Instead of the spring of life, these people will receive the lake of fire.

I saw the new world and the new Jerusalem.
A loud voice from the throne said that God is now living with man, his people and that he will take away tears and death and mourning.
The one seated on the throne said “I am remaking everything!” and “the final judgment has come”.
To those who are thirsty for living water I will give it for free. And the one who perseveres to end will become my son and I his God. But those who embrace sin will be punished.
Because I am the everlasting God, I will reward the faithful and punish those who embrace sin.
And he said “The end has come. Everyone will now receive their just reward or punishment in accordance with how they lived their life.
Leon Morris (Revelation: an Introduction and Commentary, Tyndale NT Commentaries) says that “And he who...” is better translated as “And then he who...”.
