Psalms 23:1-6
The Lord is my d shepherd;
since the Lord is my shepherd;
I shall not e want.
therefore i shall not need of anything.
He makes me lie down in green f pastures.
because He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters. 1
and leading me beside still waters.
He g restores my soul.
meaning He is restoring my soul.
He h leads me in i paths of righteousness 1
Leading me in the paths of righteousness
for his j name’s sake.
for the sake of His name.
Even though I k walk through the valley of l the shadow of death, 1
and even though i walk through the valley of shadow of death,(even though my life is at risk)
I will m fear no evil,
yet i will fear no evil,
for n you are with me;
because you are with me;
your o rod and your staff, they comfort me.
through your rod and staff,serving as my comfort.
You p prepare a table before me in q the presence of my enemies;
and you prepare a banquet before my enemies;
you r anoint my head with oil;
you annoint my head with oil;(you acknowledge me,you honor me)
my s cup overflows.
and my cup overflows(filled me with previleges)
Surely 1 goodness and mercy 2 shall follow me all the days of my life,
therefore surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life,
and I shall t dwell 3 in the house of the Lord u forever. 4
and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
