What i see in this text is there is a God who loves the world and as a result of that love, God send his only son and that son is Jesus and the purpose of sending is that to give life to those who believe in his son.He further supports it by saying that He did not send his son to the world to condemn but in order that the world might be saved through his son.As a conclusion,those who believe is not condemned but those who do not is condemned already.Now,why is this? answer,because we are sinners,the text gives reason why did he says so,Jesus says those who believe is not condemned and those who do not believe is condemend already,because the light has come to the world and the world love the darkness rather than light,in that we can see that we are sin-loving people,we dont delight in God,and from that we are nothing,we are hopeless,we fall short as in Romans 3:23,we delight,we follow,we do what is wrong before God,thats why we deserve condemnation,a punishment,Death.But God is good,because He made a way out,He doesnt have to,but He does,see how great is that,how great His love and mercy,that He send the Light,the Life to the world to save us from our iniquities,causing our blind eyes to see his goodness in His Son,Jesus Christ.And thats just amazing,i can say nothing but God is good.He is calling us into repentance and offering us salvation from our sinful ways,to come and to look to Jesus Christ,our redemption,our Savior.Although God showed his love through Jesus,He is the God who is righteous and holy,and since He is holy therefore there is no unrighteousness in Him,and therefore judgement awaits for the sinners,the unbelieving.If we keep neglecting the calling of God were just heaping judgement over our heads.So let us come to Jesus our hope and salvation and walk in a life that is pleasing and glorifying before God,not hardening our hearts but in humility acknowledge our own sin and repent,and hope in Jesus for our salvation. According to the text who is God? Who is man? And who is Jesus Christ?
