Εὐχαριστοῦμεν τῷ θεῷ πατρὶ τοῦ κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ πάντοτε περὶ ὑμῶν προσευχόμενοι,

"Always" attached to "give thanks" means one thing; attached to "pray for you" has a different connotation. I'm inclined to go with CSB, NET, NIV, ESV, etc. and connect it to "give thanks". (see NET notes)
