I am having real trouble finding the connective tissue between vv. 30-36 and vv. 37-40. That aside, there are some amazing things in this passage. It's interesting that right after Jesus feeds the 5,000, they ask Him, "What sign do you do that we should believe in you," and follow it up by 'reminding' Jesus about the manna in the wilderness. Apparently yesterday's miracle just wasn't good enough!
